We tried to gain entry to this restaurant whilst in Colmar on holiday. The place was busy with a que to get in. We waited in line with about 5 other diners who were seated rather quickly. When we got the front on the que to be seated and requested a table for 4 in English, We were them bizarrely informed its forecast rain and they're they're not letting guests sit outside. We said we would be willing to wait for a spot inside and were rudly told no. Taken aback by what had just happened, we walked away only to see people being seated outside. I can only assume my English accent offended him, and he didn't want us dining in his restaurant. If your English or British avoid this place like the plague, it's an absolute joke.

Le cadre est incroyable ! Les plats de la carte sont originaux et inspirant !
Les serveurs sont très aimable et sympathique ! Ils sont de bon conseil et très chaleureux !
Nous avons passez un excellent moment et nous reviendrons à coup sur pour notre prochain passage à Colmar !

Un super moment Chez Hansi !
Nous avons passé un excellent moment dans ce restaurant typiquement alsacien. Le repas était délicieux, copieux et plein de saveurs locales. Le service était au top : accueillant, souriant et très professionnel. Une très belle découverte à Colmar que nous recommandons sans hésiter!
