The place is in a very central location with a small entrance . The service is fast but the problem is the staff is not smiling , welcoming type of people . They make you feel “ just eat and go “ , questions are not welcome . Seating is a bit narrow , prices are not bad . The beer in France in general is not good , sweet type of beer .. , same in this restaurant . Still , as it is realy busy during Noel , it can be a good option to pop in and take a bite …

we tasted the traditional tartes flambées gratinée, which was very tasty. the atmosphere was negatively affected by the narrow spaces and the language barrier. the waiters only speak French

Service continu tu parles, à 13h, pas possible d'y manger alors que des places étaient libres. Ambiance bidon avec une personne très hautaine à la réception.
Nous avons été au Chaudron ensuite avec un magnifique accueil et un menu particulièrement bon pour un prix très honnête.
Heureusement en fait que l'Alsako était d'un accueil aussi médiocre.
