Персонал очень приветливый и приятный. Завтраки супер, расположение отеля замечательное. Номера соответствуют описанию, очень уютно. Спа — супер.

I find it unacceptable that a 5-star hotel, on an island where tap water is NOT drinkable, does NOT provide water in the room for free. Obviously they want customers to pay for it. They offer it for free only at breakfast and I was even told that it is not allowed to bring the bottle upstairs in the room. That is really cheap attitude that I would only expect from low-quality hostels, not a 5-star resort.
Overall, we had a very pleasant stay! The location was very nice, rooms quite spacious with nice views and the breakfast buffet was of high variety. Staff was also very polite!!!
