Τέλεια η δαμονή μας. Πολύ εξυπηρετικοί και ευγενικοί οι οικοδεσπότες και το προσωπικό. Πλούσιο πρωινό. Ευχαριστούμε πολύ και την επόμενη φορά που θα επισκεφτούμε το νησί θα προτιμήσουμε πάλι τον υπέροχο χώρο σας.

Editing an answer: I never ever requested a refund!Please note that your staff is wonderful. Your barman went out of his way trying to find us a way to kill the small village of cockroaches we found in the bathroom! And this happened exactly because the responsible from the hotel (you?) wasn’t reachable and never responded to any request.
Photos are a good show of how dirty the room was. The breakfast as you can see if very bad quality and without variety. I asked for the price list of the hotel and they refused to give it. They have small cups with water and no ashtrays which makes me wonder if they are legal smoking in this area.

The hotel is amazing which is a historicak building.
The location is great.
The rooms are quite clean.
The staff is friendly & supportive.
The breakfast is quite good, although there were some comments about it.
There are three types of eggs.
The only thing is that bathroom is a bit small but that is ok.

Τα δωμάτια ήταν πεντακάθαρα, με πολύ όμορφη διακόσμηση.
Η τοποθεσία του είναι σε κεντρικό σημείο, στον εμπορικό πεζόδρομο του νησιού (Απλωταριά) και δίπλα στο κέντρο της πόλης.
Σίγουρα θα το ξαναεπισκεφθουμε.
