Je ne critique pas la dégustation de vin puisque je n'ai pas pu en profiter. Le domaine fermait à 16h et notre arrivée à 15h15 a été jugée trop tardive. Cela peut se comprendre si ça sapplique à tout le monde. Un couple commençait à peine sa degustation. Dommage!

While the wine is decent, the staffs at the cellar door were just impatient and don't bother to explain much. As someone in the trade, I wanted to know about how the 2 bottles differs in taste and making, she simply said this is oaked and walked away. The male staff then said something in Greek and they both laughed. It's shocking to still have such level of service at this age.

Η επίσκεψή μας στο Οινοποιείο Χατζηδάκη ήταν μια απόλυτα εκλεκτή εμπειρία που ξεπέρασε κάθε προσδοκία. Βρεθήκαμε σε έναν κόσμο όπου η ιστορία και η παράδοση σμίγουν αρμονικά με την καινοτομία και τη σύγχρονη γευστική αισθητική.
Με βαθιές ρίζες στην ιστορία και την παράδοση της Σαντορίνης, οι οίνοι τους μας ταξίδεψαν σε έναν κόσμο γεμάτο γεύσεις και αρώματα που απογείωσαν τις αισθήσεις μας.
Η φιλοξενία και η ζεστασιά που μας περίμενε ήταν απλά εξαιρετική.
Συνολικά δεν μας πρόσφερε απλώς μια επίσκεψη, αλλά μια εμπειρία ζωής που θα μας μείνει αξέχαστη. Ευχαριστούμε για αυτό το αξέχαστο ταξίδι!

What an impressive welcoming inside the cave of Hatzidakis Winery! Thanks to Stella Hatzidaki we dove into the mind-blowing notes, aromas and tastes of Santorini's local wine varieties. Each wine, combined with stories and comments of Stella, was a total experience but I just can't not mention the excellence of Skitali Barrel - as my spontaneous enthusiasm showed on the day of the tour. Thank you for this wine travel, Stella!
