Personale gentilissimo, ottima qualità dei piatti, eccezionale scelta di vini. Ho cenato con mia moglie sabato sera. Siamo stati accolti con gentilezza e educazione. Nessun problema il fatto che avessimo al seguito la nostra cagnolina di 3 mesi. TOP

Sono stata in questo ristorante per la seconda volta e ne confermo l’ottima cucina.
Raramente, ho incontrato vera attenzione verso chi ha problemi di intolleranze, qui mi sento sicura.
Mi complimento anche per il lavoro di restauro effettuato sull’edificio.

Went to the restaurant and it was overall a fine experience. The atmosphere and service are very nice, the food is interesting, but I can't say that it was super delicious, just good.

Located in the heart of Brixen, this restaurant has been recently renovated and is now also an hotel. The dining area is well designed, mantaining the traditional alpine flare. It is possible to choose among vegetarian and vegan options; we opted for the wine soup as starters, which is a traditional dish, highly recommended. You are also served their warm home-made bread, which is simply delicious, I would go back just for it. As a main we had dear carpaccio and tartare, truly excellent.
The staff was great, friendly and fast. It is a bit pricy (we spent 100€ in two, including coffee and water, no wine), but overall very good quality.
