Schönes Zimmer mit Sicht auf den Strand.
Das Personal ist hilfsbereit und kümmert sich um die Anliegen der Gäste. Strandliegen lassen sich für 35€ beim Strand-Restaurant „Bagno Marconi“ mieten.
Parkplätzen gibt es leider keine ausser im Quartier. Frühstück ist anständig.
Es wirkt für italienisch Verhältnisse gut unterhalten. Ein Mangel hab ich jedoch, die Klimaanlage in den renovierten Zimmer kann man maximal auf 23 Grad Celsius stellen. Das ist etwas Kalt. Die Lift Technik, sowie die Fenster-Dichtungen könnten etwas Liebe vertragen, stellt jedoch kein Problem dar.

Piccolo hotel, direttamente sulla spiaggia dell' Excelsior, con un rapporto qualità/ prezzo eccezzionale!! Camera familiare bellissima, ampia e confortevole, arredata a nuovo, con ampio terrazzino vista mare. Colazione a buffet con prodotti ottimi e di qualità. Personale alla reception gentilissimo e disponibile. Nel complesso, la miglior scelta di hotel che si possa fare al Lido di Venezia nella fascia medio alta.

This location is directly on the water and the beach is free. To rent a cabana, the hotel can assist you with that.
(Mosquito central!!! Bring a lot of bug spray or buy it ahead of time. They are everywhere and they follow you.)
Great service and excellent communication from all staff. Never did you feel like you had to ask a question because they're familiar with frequently asked questions.
They have a superb breakfast selection. By far, my favorite.
This location is close to a lot of small shops, restaurants and bars. But be aware: this is island life - some places close early or start a late dinner.

Enjoying time in this hotel. Very close to beach, friendly staff. Located ourside city center, but center reachable by local buss by 10 min, walking distance from center 25 min.
Surpricing was breakfast - traditional sweet italian available, however also all continental food available too.
