Nel cuore di Murano, di fronte alla fermata del vaporetto per i principali spostamenti. Hotel curato e degno del nome della catena. Servizio in linea con le aspettative ed ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo. Nonostante non ci fosse alcun tipo di vista dalla finestra, la camera era molto bella, ottimamente insonorizzata, spaziosa e ben rifinita. Miglior location per una visita a Murano.

Having stayed at around 125 different Hyatt properties, I would say this property would be in my bottom 10. The hotel doesn't answer emails sent to them, the boat shuttle to the airport is conveniently out of service, the room gets uncomfortably warm with no reasonable way to cool it (AC is turned off in the winter and there is no fan option), breakfast is the same morning after morning, and no Internet available today.
The area the hotel is located in is pretty but it's an average of 30 minutes (18 minutes across to the closest point to 50 minutes from St. Mark's) away from anything of interest. I will admit, I did very much enjoy the boat ride (best seats are outside!).
I recommend looking elsewhere to stay in Venice. This property should only be an if everything else fails.

Splendido Hotel, facilmente raggiungibile, il vaporetto ferma proprio davanti! Personale disponibile, competente e cortese. Cibo ottimo, pulizia perfetta

Ottimo hotel situato a Murano a pochi passi dalla fermata Murano Museo del vaporetto.
Le stanze sono molto silenziose, ampie, nuove e dotate di ogni confort.
L'hotel è dotato di palestra, area wellness, un ottimo ristorante ed un bar adiacente per gustare un aperitivo vista canale.
Consigliato per trascorrere un weekend nel relax e tranquillità.
Venezia è raggiungibile con vaporetto in 20 minuti.
Le stanze sono molto silenziose, ampie, nuove e dotate di ogni confort.
L'hotel è dotato di palestra, area wellness, un ottimo ristorante ed un bar adiacente per gustare un aperitivo vista canale.
Consigliato per trascorrere un weekend nel relax e tranquillità.
Venezia è raggiungibile con vaporetto in 20 minuti.
