This hotel is located right at the Museo boat station in Murano Island. The food and breakfast is fantastic. The room cleaning is fairly good. The airport shuttle boat was at repair shop. The bartender Stan is our favorite guy of the whole hotel. The receptionist Italian woman was real helpful when we checked in.

Great location to explore Murano. Great service (grazie Maria-Claire) and delicious breakfast. Rooms were comfortable, if they had smart TVs it would be even better.

Bad gym, good food, good bar, no conjoining rooms, Light problem, good bathroom and beds.

The location is awful for Venice visitors. It’s 30 mins minimum water bus to get to anywhere. It was very inconvenient. On Merano island there aren’t any good restaurant options and hotel food is a bit overpriced. If you are staying here for the island itself that’s fine but if you are here for Venice don’t book this Hyatt location for the sake of your valuable travel time. It’s better to stay in Mestre, the train will take you to Venice much faster.
