A wonderful place to stay. Our suite was enormous but comfortable. Maid service is excellent and the breakfasts are delicious.

We stayed in the green room. It had a separate little room with a desk. The room is very BIG, bathroom is very big too. Water temperature and pressure is quite good. You can help yourself to free water bottles, soda, tea and coffee in the common room which is open all the time. Breakfast is good, you can get made to order eggs. We parked on the hotel ground for $25/night. You need to call them when you arrive and they will direct you into their parking area.

Grand palazzo vast gardens, lovely staff. Impressive, giant statue of Hercules dominates the large courtyard.
The only small criticism was the lack of a full length mirror anywhere in the room.
The location is perfect for strolling around this beautiful historic city. The country's second oldest university is an amble away. We listened to students practising their instruments - one by one : a vibraphone, French horn and flute. At a nearby cafe we listened to three darling young (male) students riffing opera.
We will definitely return.
