Villa Maria offers the perfect blend of a serene beachside location, cleanliness, friendly service, a cozy atmosphere, and amazing food. I would highly recommend this resort to anyone looking for a memorable getaway. It's a place where you can truly relax and feel right at home sine everyone working there is so warm and welcoming. Antonis, (the owner) alongside with the rest of his team and family that run the place are amazing people and cant wait to see them again soon!

Amazing stay as always .. the family are simply tremendous . Very clean rooms absolutely perfect for a romantic get away or like this time with the kids ... Big thankyou to Tony Maria and van honestly we can't thankyou enough can't wait to see you next year hopefully twice :)
Small tip for anyone visiting the for the first time the specials are to die for lots of love from the family :) xx

Nice secluded beach for one night because the waves et wind are too strong! However great for pictures.
Budget hôtel ok for max 1-2 nights but we would not eat there (entrance and kitchen looks very unprofessional, messy and not clean with people even smoking indoor - we understand the very bad reviews therefore would not even try eating in such a dirty place).
However it is not an issue because few good and professional restaurants nearby.
To sum up, good simple place for sleeping 1 night and taking nice pictures.

Unfassbar schöne Location. Die Lage ist sensationell, die Familie empfing uns - obwohl wir zum ersten Mal da waren - wie alte Freunde.
Zimmer groß und geräumig, herrlicher Ausblick vom Balkon.

Die Küche sucht ihresgleichen. Maria und Antonios zaubern unglaubliche Köstlichkeiten.

Ein Haus mit familiärer, herzensschöner angenehm entspannter Atmosphäre.

Hier kann man herrlich relaxen!

WLAN ist überall vorhanden, so kann man die traumhaften Eindrücke direkt mit der Welt teilen ????????

Der Abschied fiel schwer, aber es gibt ein Wiedersehen!!! Ta léme

Unter der Woche ist es mittags zuweilen turbulent, da hier die Jeep-Safari Station macht.

Am Strand war ich nicht, aber es gibt einen kleinen Weg gegenüber der Taverne. Dort ist ein kleiner Wasserfall, sehr schöne Sicht von dort auf den Strand. Rings um die Taverne gibt es auch noch schöne Fotomotive. Für eine kleine Rast zu empfehlen.

Je vous recommande à 1000% Villa Maria!
Le lieu est tenu par une équipe accueillante et remplie d'hospitalité à l'égard des personnes passant par là...
La cuisine est juste excellente - bravo aux repas préparés par la mama, c'était délicieux!
Les chambres sont parfaites, tout ce dont vous avez besoin pour un séjour de repos au sein d'une famille généreuse et ouverte
Grande pensée à Andonis et Manolis - merci à ces quelques jours passées à vos côtés!
Évidemment que nous reviendrons...

Arrivati cercando un posto nascosto, lo abbiamo trovato! Due spiagge a tua disposizione con pochissime persone. Una Taverna dove mangi cibo di altissima qualità a conduzione familiare. Ti accoglierà Toni il proprietario sempre disponibile a soddisfare ogni tuo desiderio. Ci hanno cucinato il pesce pescato come non avrei fatto di meglio. Da non perdere se siete in zona

Familienbetrieb in genialer Lage. Alle sind freundlich und sehr um den Gast bemüht. Das beste Essen welches wir auf Kreta bis jetzt hatten.
Ein kleiner Tip, dem Kellner zuhören was seine Mutter gerade frisch in der Küche gekocht hat, es lohnt sich. Absolut Top.

Το Villa Maria στην παραλία Ligres είναι ένας πραγματικός παράδεισος. Ξεκινώντας από το εστιατόριο, το φαγητό είναι πραγματικά εκπληκτικό και γεύσεις που μένουν αξέχαστες. Κάθε πιάτο που δοκίμασα αποτέλεσε μια γαστρονομική απόλαυση.

Όσο για τη διαμονή, τα διαμερίσματα είναι άνετα, καλαίσθητα και πολύ καθαρά. Προσφέρουν όλες τις σύγχρονες ανέσεις, ενώ η θέα από τα μπαλκόνια είναι απλά απίστευτη.

Τέλος, η τοποθεσία στην παραλία Ligres είναι ένα από τα μεγάλα πλεονεκτήματα του Villa Maria. Η θάλασσα είναι κρυστάλλινη, ενώ το φυσικό τοπίο σε καθηλώνει με την ομορφιά του.

Συνιστώ ανεπιφύλακτα το Villa Maria για όσους αναζητούν μια ποιοτική διαμονή με εξαιρετικό φαγητό σε ένα φανταστικό τοπίο!

Wir waren zum Mittagessen in der Taverna. Ein Kotlett mit Reis und Pommes. Selten erlebt, das ein so einfaches Gericht doch so unglaublich gut schmecken kann. Nicht viel Tam-Tam aber mit den richtigen Gewürzen und guten Fleisch. Dazu ein traumhafter Ausblick auf einen wunderschönen und nicht überlaufenden Strand.

Pour les chambres je ne sais pas.
La nourriture vraiment pas top, nous avons eu un arrêt déjeuner lors de notre excursion, le plat était imposé : côte de porc, frite, riz. Vraiment pas top.
Aux alentours il n y a rien du tout, une plage magnifique mais sans ombre.
