Tolle Lage, gutes Zimmer, freundliches Personal, großer Parkplatz direkt am Hotel, leckeres Frühstück. Irritiert hat uns, dass man den Sauna/Dampfbad Bereich nur 90 Minuten pro Tag nutzen durfte und das auch nur nach vorheriger Reservierung. Kann man sicher so machen, doch aus Hotelbeschreibung auf der Internetseite (Stand Dezember 2023) ergab sich diese Einschränkung nicht. Das empfanden wir als irreführend. Dank des freundlichen flexiblen Personals war es insgesamt dann doch ein schöner Aufenthalt.

Super Frühstück, absolut nettes Personal. Hammer Aussicht zum See. Sehr ruhig. Wir waren über Silvester da. Alles wirklich top. Man kann auch besonders schöne Spaziergänge direkt vom Hotel aus machen. Danke für die tollen Tage. Ein besonderer Gruß geht noch an den lieben und knuddeligen Hund vom Hotel

Free parking, friendly staff, very clean, dogs welcome, the list of good things goes on. We stayed here on Silvester and despite the fireworks constantly going off, we couldn't hear a thing inside the room. The room was very spacious and modern. We were really pleasantly surprised!!

Ruhig gelegen nahe am See. Wir waren ausserhalb der Saison da. Sehr eingeschränkter Service. Zimmer sind gross und schön. Leider keine Kaffemöglichkeit im Zimmer. MiniBar wie überall überteuert.

After traveling around the world with my work, from 7 star hotels and many others , let me tell you this is my favorite place to stay, if you can't find beauty and peace of mind here then you are looking in the wrong direction!
This hotel and surroundings brings me back to earth, and we all need to remember what the real world is like, it's is still out there if you look for it!!. If you wish to find yourself and and touch base with what's real,it's the jewl in the crown!!!! Thank you hotel schloss burg. Glenn.
