Fiz o upgrade do quarto para o dia seguinte, mas quando fui mudar de quarto disseram que haviam cometido um erro e não tinha mais o quarto superior, pra piorar, nos colocaram num quarto inferior e disseram que não conseguiriam nos manter no quarto, pois já haviam feito a reserva para outro hóspede.
The staff seemed quite disinterested for a 4 star hotel. We had just traveled from Lumen in Lisbon, which really felt like a 4 star. So, maybe, the disappointment was due to such an immediate change in experience.
The baby cot was torn on the side. The interiors looked nice though. The bathrooms and the bed were nice too. It just didn’t feel pleasant due to the overall disinterest of the staff for a 4 star hotel.
The biggest disappointment was with the breakfast, that was quite limited. Of course, we had not paid too much for it… so we are okay with it.
