A confeitaria A BRASILEIRA tem um péssimo atendimento, às 20:45 min, numa quinta feira. Fomos em quatro pessoas, só havia uma pessoa para atender, demorou para nós atender, café veio frio, bolo duro, meu amigo pediu um sanduíche que demorou, não trouxeram talheres e nem guardanapos. Na hora da conta, cobraram 2 refrigerantes e pedimos somente 1 e ainda cobraram 10%de gorjeta e claro, não pagamos!!! Que decepção !!! A vitrine de doces era algo sofrível... não recomendo!!!

Very impressed with this hotel. Friendly, helpful staff who were always willing to help. Excellent clean and well equipped rooms, slept possibly the best I have in a hotel. Fantastic breakfast - good choice and relaxed atmosphere. Central location with good restaurants nearby.

Très bon hôtel. Personnel aimable et sympathique. Nous avons passé un agréable séjour. L'hôtel est très bien situé. Nous avions pris la formule demi pension, on a très bien mangé. La chambre était propre et bien équipée

Generally good stay. I specified a quiet room and the front desk lady gave me an upgrade. Pleasant breakfast buffet. Staff were all very nice and friendly. Also its located in the center of the old town so everything is within walking access.
To be improved: Coffee machine in the room not working functionally. Hair conditioner empty (though I don't use conditioner).

Super hôtel, emplacement excellent proche des stations de métro ALIADOS (avec 1 changement) et TRINBADE (ligne E directe pour l'aéroport 25 minutes , ticket 4 zones), chambre spacieuse avec grand lit et balcon vue sur jardin, produit pour douche, télé plat grand écran, piscine. Délicieux petit déjeuner.
Et surtout le personnel très aimable toujours à votre écoute bon conseilleur (visites à faire, réservation restaurants......). Une excellent adresse pour goûter les spécialités culinaires portugaises "Chez Lapin" sur le bord du DOURO. A conseiller sans modération. Porto se visite parfaitement à pied.
