Maria has no consideration for as tourists with no care for her guests , we got the flu and me and my husband have a sore throat very painful as well as fever thanks God we purchased insurance witch we were able to been seeing by a doctor at CUF hospital....and I asked Maria in the morning a water heater for the room to make medicinal tea and in the afternoon after I expressed my disappointment with the hotel service she rudely told me they have no extra water heater , all they have were already in some rooms and she made me feel very small because the other rooms have it, but not mine! They were suits.... even though we booked 2 separated rooms due to my daughter son in law and my nine year old grandson been with us!
What a terrible hotel service not everyone was bad Andrea de cleaning lady was very courteous and Renato from night shift was a very helpful person a sweet heart as well as conceição. The only bad apple it is MARIA the "Manager"....the hotel it is just ok but never a 4 star ! the TV in the room is so small and so low to the guest to be able to watch we have to request another set of pillows...again 4 stars...never!
NEVER MORE! And MARIA should come to USA to have some hospitality training.
