Établissement confortable, propre. Salle de bain commune, bien adaptée pour le nombre de chambres. Petit déjeuner avec très peu de choix mais en quantité suffisante. Accueil inexistant : la récupération des clés se fait par l’intermédiaire d’un coffre dont le code est envoyé par mail. Personnel d’entretien discret et agréable.

Great central location and clean. It is a self serve hotel as there is only staff there in the morning. Pro: location, con: shared bathroom

Nos quedamos sin luz por la madrugada, por la mañana también y no hay forma de reportarlo así es que se descargó el cel y tuvimos que cargarlo en la cocina. El lugar lindo súper céntrico y mil cosas que conocer en la cercanía. Las habitaciones muy sencillas pero es lo que se tiene si solo llegas a pasear y descansar por la noche. El desayuno sabroso y recomendable.

This hotel has a dampness issue. You'll smell it the moment you walk through the door. It's like a cave. The beds are uncomfortable as the frame is smaller than the mattress and if you move in the night your back doesn't have support. The shared bathroom suffers from the same damp issue.

Prima hotel, net iets buiten het stadscentrum maar waar je binnen 10-20 minuten wandelen ook wel weer zo bent. Kamer is ruim, goed bed en een prima eigen badkamer.

Hébergement agréable et proche du centre à pied. Chambre décorée avec soin et spacieuse. Rapport qualité-prix imbattable. Panorama sur le Douro de la chambre exceptionnel ! Seul bémol les horaires d'ouverture de l'accueil et le petit-déjeuner peu varié.

Super lieu pour séjourner quelques jours à Porto. Le logement est idéalement situé. Il est proche de tout et il est dans une rue très calme. Notre chambre était propre et spacieuse. Elle est très bien décorée et il y a tout ce qu il faut dedans. Nous avons eu une salle de bain à partager, elle était très propre et spacieuse. De plus le personnel est très agréable et disponible. Le petit déjeuner est un vrai plus accompagné de sa terrasse.

Location is very good.
Service is ok , this place is self-catering, self admittance, nó staff on site when we arrived. All went smoothly.
Taxi driver charged 33.00 euro, should have been 23 euro as arranged. Now he says it's a misunderstanding!!!!How naive.
Will never choose Poets Inn again, as they tell me this taxi firm is used by them on a regular basis. If this is the case, then I would expect my money refunded to me. Nó progress, 2 weeks gone. Bye bye Porto and Poets Inn.

Lovely place! Comfortable rooms, very friendly staff. They made us feel welcome and at home. Breakfast was the same every morning (assortment of cheese, meats, home made bread, juices) but was delicious and local. Will definitely stay here again when we’re back in Porto :)

They serve breakfast in the morning - not very big choice (coffee, tea, ham, cheese, jam). Good location.
