Buenos días escribo en esta ocasión para mencionar un inconveniente que tuve con el chef de mesoneros en el restaurante. Lamentablemente, al momento de servirme el huevo cocido tomé equivocadamente el utensilio y este señor llegó directamente a mí para reprocharme sin la más mínima educación. Me dio realmente mucha pena el saber de mi error. En relación a las demás personas, muy gentiles, cordiales y amables.

This review is for the chef waiter( Breakfast shift) in the restaurant of the hotel. He is extremely RUDE de and ARROGANT.There's in no way to talk to customer like that. Asking nicely is always the way to go. If you consider yourself a five stars restaurant/hotel. A "is there anything we can help you with sir." Should be the way to go and not rudly sarcastically stopping us and tell us to go back and look at the sign at the entrance, as if you can t read, stupid or not know the language. we were looking for our son, that was already in telling him that we're here. You should understand the situation and not attacking us like you are disciplined your own kid. I'm an adult and I do speak English and French and your language.

I saw him being rude to another customer too. It seems to be a character problem. Management should reconsider training him again.

I am writing to express my disappointment with the recent experience my partner and I had during our stay at your hotel. We had high expectations for our visit, given the reputation of your establishment as a 5-star hotel, but unfortunately, our experience fell far short of our expectations.

First and foremost, the noise level in our room during the night was unacceptable. Our neighbors in the room above us were incredibly loud, making it difficult for us to get a restful night's sleep. Despite our attempts to address the issue with hotel staff, the noise persisted throughout the night, greatly disrupting our stay.

Additionally, the quality of the accommodations left much to be desired. The bed in our room creaked loudly with every movement, making it nearly impossible to sleep peacefully. This lack of comfort is not something we would expect from a hotel of your caliber.

Furthermore, upon arrival, we were dismayed to find that there was only one towel provided in our room, despite our reservation being made for two people. Typically, hotels of your standard provide two towels per guest, yet we were left with inadequate amenities. Additionally, we were unable to locate any slippers or bathrobes to use when accessing the spa facilities, forcing us to enter in our own clothes and trainers, which was not only inconvenient but also detracted from the overall experience.

Perhaps the most concerning issue arose during our check-out process. We were informed by the manager who accepted our payment upon arrival that the full payment for our room and the city tax had been processed. However, upon checking out the following morning, another manager insisted that we pay the city tax again, claiming that it had not been included in our initial payment. This discrepancy in billing was not only confusing but also concerning, as it suggests a lack of transparency and potentially unethical practices.

Given the subpar experience we had during our stay, I believe it is only fair to request a refund of our payment for the room and the city tax, as well as monetary compensation for the inconvenience and moral damage caused by the issues outlined above. I trust that you will take this matter seriously and address it promptly to ensure the satisfaction of your guests.
