We arrived before 9am on day one, having had no breakfast due to an early flight. After they learned that we would also take an early flight out on our last day, they immediately advised us that we could have breakfast free then and there.
We booked a day cruise to Albania from the front desk, then also a rental car from them for another day. In both cases, they were nice and efficient, and we had so much fun on both days.
Their friendliness even extends beyond our stay. After we returned home, we found a double charge on our credit card from the car rental company, and our email to the company was not answered. We let Hotel Bella Venezia know of our situation, and Georgia the manager quickly replied and informed us that the car rental company had closed for the season, but she would contact them and alert them to the matter. Very soon I received a reply to my email from the rental company and after a few email exchanges, we got the overcharge returned without stress.
I would highly recommend Hotel Bella Venezia for anyone who seeks a central yet quiet place to stay while visiting Corfu Town. Their hardware might not make a five star hotel, but their cozy and romantic atmosphere and friendly and helpful staff well make up for it.
