Rooms are very old style quaint with Chandeliers in room. Very romantic. Staff was so friendly and included breakfast was gourmet. The little town is quiet and peaceful. Wine tasting is convenient both north Los Ovilios and south in Solvang.

Everyone was exceptionally friendly and welcoming: Mayra and Alexa at the front desk, Chloe in the restaurant, and Veronica and Alejandra who were so very kind to us. Thank you all. We cannot wait to return.

We love the Ballard Inn. The staff there is amazing, the beds are so comfortable, the ambience is warm and inviting, and the breakfast is delicious! We were sad to leave, but can't wait to come back!

The Ballard Inn is located in a peaceful semi-rural neighborhood about 2 miles south of Los Olivos. Both rooms and common areas are beautifully appointed. Stay includes a gourmet breakfast and Happy Hour. It’s a very pleasant place.

Beautiful place. Had brunch here twice in one weekend. Tried everything on the menu. Smoked salmon was the best. Talked to the owner for a while...really cool guy. Don't hesitate.
