Beds are really bad, could feels spings, hard to sleep. King bed in our room felt like a couch bed really uncomfortable would not recommend. Upstairs neighbors had kids running around making noise late into the night.

Very nice motel. Spacious rooms. 10-15 minutes walk to Disneyland. Cool castle design. Plenty of parking. Will definitely return here the next time we're in the area.

This place was horrible. Rooms were EXTREMELY dirty. Scratches and holes in the wall. Me and my whole family got LICE from this room! Loud neighbors that you can hear from your room. Im talking the whole conversation you can hear. Walls are thin! I am so mad that me and my family all got lice. The beds are horrible the showers are horrible. The shower goes from very cold to scorching hot. The elevator was always acting weird. The lamps are broken. The outlet plugs are horrible, wont charge your device. This place in all was just horrible. The ac when on, sounds like a train right next to your ear! The door does not have a safety latch making it very unsafe. I DO NOT RECOMMEND STAYING HERE!!!!!! The only good thing about it is how close the walk is from the hotel to disneyland. In my honest opinion I do not think this even deserves a 1 star rating

I loved the set up of the family suites. The kids can have their own room while parents can relax in the other part. There is a door that separates the two without having to get adjoining rooms. We all enjoyed the hot tub, too, after a long day of walking at Disneyland. It is very close to CVS to load up on snacks and drinks for the room and the park. It is very close to a variety of restaurants too.

Rooms large for hotel so close to Disneyland, most other hotels smaller. Front desk allowed super early check in which was wonderful. Just down the street from Disneyland

This place is great! The cleaning staff is amazing, this is one of the cleanest hotels I’ve ever stayed at. Carlos at the front desk is very nice and helpful. The aesthetic of this hotel are adorable, immersive and dare I say “magical”! The hot tub is so relaxing and perfect after a day of walking nonstop. My only gripe: the plumbing desperately needs to be updated/replaced.

The location is awesome, 5-10 min walk from Disneyland. Castle themed hotel, rooms are old/dated but clean. If you're looking for luxury, stay somewhere else... if you're looking for budget, convenience and closeness to Disneyland, stay here!

Overall a clean environment.
The beds were extremely hard and the pillows could be better. Can’t take a bath, no plug, the fridge was not as cold as it should’ve been, and did see a couple of ants, It would have been a better experience. If the beds and pillows were a better quality, and if there was a stopper for the tub.

It felt a little dystopian to see all of the employees wearing masks behind plexiglass, and signs all over asking you to do the same and social distance - in 2024. Other than that, it’s what you would expect. Very uncomfortable mattresses, pretty clean rooms with the basics. Probably the biggest room we’ve had at a Disney area hotel which was nice.

Old and rooms are outdated. Seems as though there was mold on the bathroom portrait. Location is good, staff is nice. You can hear other guests walking around upstairs and outside the door. Shower doesn’t drain, water pressure is terrible. . Close walk to Disneyland

This place is very nice. It isn’t the luxury 5 star hotel so manage your expectations but it was perfect for our family. We loved how close it was to Disneyland that we could all walk there. We had a group of 4 kids with the oldest being 6 and nobody complained about the walk. Took about 6 minutes to get from our door to the security lines.
The front desk staff was very kind and easy to work with. They always had a smile on their face when we talked to them. We put some frozen food in the freezer for breakfast and they never said anything negative about having to retrieve our food in the morning. There is a laundry service on site that we had to use and it was nice.
The only downside to the hotel was no breakfast provided by the hotel but the short walk and the lower cost made it worth it. I’d stay there again for sure.

10-15 minute walk to Disneyland entrance and it's well lit and very populated and safe. The rooms are older and the beds are firm. We pretty much stayed at the parks from morning till close so it did what we needed, provided a place to sleep and get clean. The staff is amazing. So helpful and attentive. I had an issue with the scooter I rented, the office had charged it overnight but it had less battery than when I dropped it off. They immediately called the company for me and got a replacement set up.

Rom was spacious. Bed was comfortable and it's 2 blocks down from the entrance to Disneyland.

This place was amazing! The room was clean and beautiful! The beds were comfortable and they had a cute swan made from towels! The staff was amazing and very accommodating! Hands down I would recommend this place and when we have our next Disney Vacation we will stay here again! This will be our go to hotel from now on!

Family suite was great for our party of 6 including a 2 and 4 year old. Beds and rooms were comfortable. Portable crib worked great. Easy walk to Disneyland. Hotel rates were reasonable during our February stay and generally quiet.
