Do not book as the hotel would cancel your booking after you have checked into the hotel. Unresponsive hotel staff, no 24 hour reception. Hotel room was very small, bath tub did not work, no table tops to put anything with. No lift is available, you must take the stairs. Toilet was very small and toilet roll is on top of the rubbish bin. Double bed was so soft that now my back aches even after a week.

Great hotel overall. The cleaning staff did an incredible job organizing the room and were superbly nice, the private balcony was handy, and the view from the terrace is unbeatable .The only downside was the very hilly road road leading up to it and the weaker wifi connection. Neighborhood was very safe.

Απίστευτο δωμάτιο σε ήσυχη περιοχη, μόλις 4 λεπτά με τα πόδια από την χώρα της Νάξου. Η Σοφία πολύ εξυπηρετική και πρόθυμη να μας κατατοπίσει σε ό,τι θέλαμε

Chambre super jolie, et emplacement parfait, lit incroyable ! Et personnel à l'écoute et très accueillant ! On capte pas super super bien la wifi mais c'est les vacances ☀️

Wir haben 2 Zimmer gebucht. Und die waren sehr sauber. Die Gegend super zentral und ruhig. Es gab aber einige Probleme, die uns sehr gestresst haben und für eine Woche haben wir es ziemlich teuer bezahlt.

Rezeptionistin: sie sprach wenig Englisch. Sie wusste alles aber trotzdem nichts. Am Nachmittag war niemand erreichbar!
Kaffee im Zimmer hat immer wieder gefehlt. Die Reklamationen haben nicht geholfen.
Die Matratzen waren sehr weich oder sehr alt.
Für den Tresor haben wir ständig reklamiert, dass wir keine Schlüssel bekommen haben. Der Dame an der Rezeption war es echt egal.

Der Parkplatz für das Auto war eher eine Katzentoilette. Es war eine Zumutung jedes Mal das Auto von dort abzuholen und das Auto hat fürchterlich gestunken.

Wir haben unsere Rechnung bezahlt aber die Abrechnung für eine Woche 2 Zimmer und für das Auto haben wir nicht bekommen. Wir haben reklamiert, aber ihnen ist doch egal. Falls wir die Abrechnung (Hotel und Auto) nicht bekommen, soll ich zur Polizei gehen, das Geld zurückverlangen oder Steueramt alarmieren? Wie es in Griechenland so ist …
