I stayed here recently with my wife and two kids (ages 8 and 10). The hotel exterior and pool area are very charming. The location is perfect. Agios Georgios beach is in it's backyard, Naxos Town (Chora) is a short and pleasant walk away, and it was super convenient to access the country roads with our rental car. The staff were very friendly and helpful in my humble opinion. Breakfast was on par with the other hotels I stayed during my trip and it was very satisfactory for me (contrary to some reviews I have read). The only issue is the family room for 4. It is very small, a tad outdated (which I don't really care too much about but worth mentioning if it is important to you), but more importantly for me it had a couch/bunk bed that I was uneasy about. I am certain it is perfectly safe but for whatever reason it gave me an irrational feeling that it was not sturdy. I was not able to get a different room as I did ask for a proper bunk bed prior to arriving. My solution was simply to remove the lower mattress and put it on the floor every night. Not ideal but a workable solution. I don't want to spend a lot of time in the hotel room anyway so it did not impact my overall experience but I wanted to share so that if you are travelling with a family of four and have similar unreasonable fears of this type of bed (picture below) you have all the information at hand before you book. Overall loved the stay on the whole and absolutely loved Naxos.

We did not lodge here, only had breakfast for several days. Great buffet with good coffee and good naxian yoghurt and cheese, greek treats and super nice staff. The toilets are great, the atmosphere is lovely. There is a cat and a few goats that,on lucky occasions, freely pass by nearby the open external area. The baby chair is a bit too big and bulky. I'd recommend the administration to swap these Kickaboo for the Triptrap chair.
