Great budget option for staying in Paros. Incredibly helpful owner. Close to town, but nice and quiet. We have already rebooked for our ferry transfer night back to Athens.

you need is close to hotel: bus station, port, food,..
The hosts were incredible.. he came to get us from the port and gave us a lot of information about the island..

Super clean. Well-located and the hosts are the nicest a tourist can have. They are so nice and they recommended the best places in the island. 10/10 ????????

Endroit magique, des couleurs partout, la chambre est parfaite et la petite terrasse est un endroit vraiment convivial avec des jeux et des jouets , sans oublier Ulysse le chien toujours heureux de nous voir.
Quand à Konstantinos il vient chercher au port et tout de suite le courant passe. Il parle très bien français avec son petit accent grec .
En résumé ne ratez pas cette endroit !!

Absolutely in love with this place! I stayed for one night, the rooms were soo clean, the dog is super cute and friendly! The host is very nice, he gave us a lot of tips and places to see. 100% would recommend :)

Rustique et sympa avec de vraies valeurs de vie. Mais attention pas de clim, étouffant si la température dépasse les 30°.

Nous avons voyager partout dans le monde et c’est vraiment à cet endroit où nous avions eu le meilleur accueil. C’est un lieu obligatoire si vous devez loger à parikia !! Merci encore à eux

Hotel “no frills” ricco di colori e emozioni.
Hotel colorato a un passo da tutti i servizi (dal porto, al supermercato al centro città), ma in in una strada silenziosa e tranquilla.
In linea con l’ambiente non ha aria condizionata e l’acqua è scaldata dai panelli solari sul tetto, per cui a volte può non essere caldissima.
Le camere hanno tutte un balcone o uno spazio esterno.
Sul tetto (colorato e pieno di tavolini e divanetti si può bere e godere uno splendido tramonto.
Non aspettatevi un hotel tradizione o una fredda Guest House, VIVA MARGARITA è molto di più!
Kostantin oltre a venirti a prendere al porto ti indicherà i luoghi e le spiagge dell’isola.

Not knowing that Paros had geothermal energy, I was suprised to discover the spa in the heart of Paroikia.
The sauna was particularly warm and spacious. The cold shower was a real highlight as my Doctor recently recommended cryotherapy.
It is a shame that there was not a steam room or a jacuzzi.

Πολύχρωμο ξενοδοχείο με πολύχρωμα ενέργεια από τον οικοδεσπότη μέχρι τον σκυλάκο που γνωρίσαμε στην ταράτσα!
Η τοποθεσία αρκετά καλή, καθώς ήταν κοντά σχεδόν στα πάντα, ωστόσο επειδή ήταν "χωμένο" δεν είχε κάποια ιδιαίτερη θέα και ίσως μάζευε περισσότερη ζέστη.
Το δωμάτιο καθαρό και είχε δύο ποτήρια τα οποία χρησιμοποιήσαμε για νερό όσο μείναμε.
Δύο μείον, τα οποία καλό είναι να τονιστούν:
1) Το κλιματιστικό ενώ υπάρχει στο δωμάτιο δεν μπαίνει σε λειτουργία για οικολογικούς λόγους όπως αναφέρουν στο φυλλάδιο με τις οδηγίες, οπότε είχαμε μόνο έναν ανεμιστήρα να δροσιστούμε. Το οποίο φυσικά δεν ήταν δυνατόν να γίνει με τα 40ρια που έκανε τις μέρες που μείναμε.
2) Δεν παρέχουν δειγματάκια σαμπουάν/αφρόλουτρα.
Γενικά η εμπειρία μας ήταν πολύ θετική, απλώς ίσως είναι πιο ιδανικό μέρος για άλλη εποχή, όχι καλοκαίρι.

The hosts were extraordinarily lovely and helpful and the hotel was clearly decorated with love. However, there was no air conditioning (during a heat wave) and our room was only equipped with fans. As our room was street level and people walking by could easily look in, we could not just open the windows to let cold air in and as such, our room was always hotter than the outdoor temperature. It’s unreasonable to expect guests to leave the windows open the entire time to let in fresh air when there is no privacy and no alternative to doing so.
Hot water was only available when the sun was out to charge the solar panel. Despite this, our 9.30AM showers still ran cold water which is unreasonable given the time of day.
Room cleaning was only upon request given “ecological reasons” but really, there is no ecological reason that has any bearing on folding sheets and general tidiness.
If any of these rules had been properly disclosed on the site we booked on we would not have stayed here. The rules themselves are not a problem but the failure to disclose them clearly is, particularly for guests who might be elderly or infirm and have heat sensitivity.

Accueil très pro et très bon conseil pour découvrir Paros. Équipement roots ( pas de Clim ni d’eau chaude le matin). Hôtel bien situé.

Hôtel très familial, très belle décoration colorée et une terrasse agréable tout au long de la journée. Très bien situé mais pourtant calme. Les gérants maîtrisent plusieurs langues (????????????????????????...) et Konstantinos vous conseille de supers endroits pour vos vacances ! Nous reviendrons avec plaisir !

VIVA MARGARITA IS THE BEST PLACE EVER !! We had the best time, it was lovely. They make the best coffee that is a jump starter for your everyday journey on this beautiful island of Paros. You can the sunset and the beach view from the relaxing terrace. Plus, the location is perfect. Do not hesitate to book Viva Margarita for a colorful and pleasant stay. ✌????

What a joyful and calming place to experience. Genuinely the warmest hosts I could imagine. You will get a walk through of everything you’d want to know about what to do on the island, which goes a long way. The dog, the people, and the colourful terrace will stay with you forever. The whole place is just a perfect vibe. Great location, great price. Book it!

Probably the best value for money option in Paroikia, definitely recommended for solo travelers. Cool "hostel" vibes, cute little terrace to start your day with a coffee and the most warm and friendly hosts. Don't miss it!
