Horrible attitude from the owner. My boyfriend and I have been looking forward to going to OiO for a while but unfortunately we’ve been struggling with a bout of flu around the house. Last week we had to cancel because I was unwell and this week my boyfriend was unwell. Both times we called as soon as possible. This time, a few minutes after calling, explaining and apologizing, I get an unpleasant call from the owner, asking me for explanations, which I gave. He then, very unpleasantly, informs me this is the 2nd time I’ve done it, I now have 2 strikes and it’s a serious thing and in the future he’ll ask me for a card number for reservations. I find this, not only intrusive and unpleasant (and possibly in violation of GDPR) but just plainly stupid.

Une expérience exceptionnelle ! Le cadre, le professionnalisme et les plats de ce restaurant ont rendu notre soirée mémorable. Des plats très goûteux avec de saveurs dignes des plus grandes tables italiennes. Nous reviendrons dans votre établissement avec plaisir et nous n’hésiterons pas à vous faire de la pub ! Merci pour ce bon moment ! Et bravo à toute l’équipe !

Very nice and cozy atmosphere. The food was very well presented and of high quality and the service was average: it took the waiters around 30 minutes to bring us the menu and they were not very attentive to when refill our water glasses (since you don’t have access to your water bottle you have to wait for them).

Tasteful and elaborate dishes, beautiful venue and attentive service. The mastery of the chef is visible in every detail, particularly in his ability of blending different flavours together. Quality certainly comes at a price but, considering the freshness of each ingredient and the repertoire of culinary techniques, I found the prices very reasonable.

Nb: une seule petite remarque sur le chauffage dans la véranda qui n’était pas assez fort ;)
