the festival is an occasion to buy some white truffle but be careful, they are very expensive and they do not keep the smell and taste for long if not properly kept (and it is very diffictult to maintain them). And be careful to the truffle from Eastern Europe that are on sale ...

Grand moment de fête à Alba pour la "sagra" de la truffe. La truffe blanche est encore plus chère que la truffe noire et plus savoureuse. Si vous avez l'occasion d'aller je recommande, on passe un bon moment, mange de bons plats et en plus Alba est une très jolie ville à visiter.
