No hot water. Tiny rooms. Charges 100,000 ariary. The night staff lied and told me he had been to the room and hot water was working, but there wasn't hot water in the building. On the positive side, it seems clean.

Nice rooms, air conditioned
Private bathroom
Flat screen TV
Friendly staff
Very close to the see and Kornish,
As well as the famous Baobab tree.

Very close to DHL office, Mosque, Banks, ATM machines
And there are nearby restaurants. One of them is just across the street

Missed to have a safe inside the room to keep your valuable things
And missed to have mini fridge.
They dont provide food in the hotel.

No restaurant, but the place across the street does a very good breakfast.
