Nice Location, but the rooms are not closed. A lot of place between the walls and the roofs for Mosquitos. Hundreds every day... And place to reduce the function of air condition. Extremely big noise from the workers around the room. Hammering, angle grinder and more. Extremely loud. If you make your Coffee at the room, you pay the same price like at restaurant. Katastrophe. The breakfast is the smallest and the most expansive at nosy be. Take care...

I stayed at Les Boucaniers for two weeks. My 3 star rating is mainly about frustrations with internet. WiFi was unusable in our room. Even with a cellular tower on the hill behind the hotel, 4G was not usable. There is nowhere to sit after staff leaves that is safe from mosquitoes and has reliable internet. I took work calls while standing outside the reception as it was the only place to get stable internet late at night.

I have digital nomaded for over a year. Nosy Be, is the only location where internet was an issue.

The staff were amazing, the food was delicious and we enjoyed everything about this hotel.
