Rooms were extremely dirty. It did not look like the room had been entered or cleaned in months, with dirt on the floors and dust all around. There were about 10 cockroaches the bathroom and coming out of the shower drain. Nice proximity to the beach but very far from the Center of town. Food and drinks were okay but not worth the prices. Would recommend to stay somewhere else. Very overpriced for what you get.

Un très bel hôtel. Les chambres sont équipées avec tout le confort nécessaire (climatisation inclus). Le restaurant offre différents plats à des prix abordables. Je tiens à remercier les personnel de l'hôtel pour leur service impeccable durant mon séjour. Leur amabilité, sourire, gentillesse et professionnalisme on été la cerise sur le gâteux durant!

Wir waren als Familie nur zum Essen hier und wegen dem Pool. War sehr schön dort. Die Zimmer sind etwas teuer, das Essen auch. Dafür ist die Qualität gut.

お湯出る。バンガロータイプの部屋でWi-Fi使える。エアコンで超快適。扇風機もあるから上手く使うと一瞬で部屋冷える。冷蔵庫ある。レストランのメニューも英語で内容教えてくれたし、食べやすいピザがありとても美味しい。
無かったものはトコジラミ。
ヤモリもたまにチョロチョロしますが、虫が出たら食ってくれると考えたら全然愛しく見えました。
隣にすげえ評価の高いホテルがあり、両方宿泊しましたが
異なる点としては部屋でWi-Fiが使えること。
あと多少コンパクトなので、バンガローからフロントまで近いのは良かった。
スタッフは皆良い人でした。

Very nice pool, direct access to the beach, nice restaurant with good food. Rooms were clean, beds comfortable and in general we are very happy with the stay.
The only thing that is missing to a 5-star review is that our daughter left her mascott there and after emailing the hotel nobody even answered.

J’ai pu y passer un séjour agréable avec pour bonus un bon restaurant sur place même si les prix sont plutôt élevés comparés aux restaurants de rue.

Chambres conforts avec des personnels respectueux et serviables. Notamment les serveurs et serveuses du restaurant. Laguna beach possède une grande piscine donnant accès directement à la plage. On recommande.

Good hotel with good pool, but you need to bring shampoo. Sinset is very nice from the pool

Never choose this hotel. And if you have to, keep an eye on your purse. We had diner in the restaurant of the hotel while someone entered in our room and stole our money. We told the receptionists and they looked at us in the eyes and said it was impossible, as no staff had a spare key to our room. And they said nobody had ever claimed those thing before. Totally a liar.

Nous avons séjourné plusieurs jours dans cet endroit très agréable. Les chambres sont climatisées et équipées d'un frigo, en cas de délestage l'hôtel est équipé d'un groupe ce qui est un gros avantage. L'accueil est au top, et la cuisine du chef Riccardo et son équipe est délicieuse. Nous étions en famille avec 3 enfants, et les bungalows sont très spacieux. Parking sécurisé avec une épicerie juste en face. Je recommande ce super endroit.

We reached here late night. So. We can't do anything. Please avoid to be here. It's waste of money. However staff is good service mind. Smiling.
