Très bonne expérience dans ce lieu. Chambre magnifique, vue à couper le souffle! Le patron s’est attablé avec nous en fin de repas, très bon échange, très enrichissant.

Relaxing vacation on a beautiful island nation

The pricing of the hotel was incredibly excessive, far surpassing the value provided. While it is understandable that luxury comes at a cost, the exorbitant rates at this hotel remained unjustifiable. Guests should be able to expect seamless and exceptional experience when paying such high prices, but regrettably, that was not the case.

Moreover, the person who was in charge of the reception was not interested in providing a warm and inviting experience for guests . ????????????

Keine besonders gute Erfahrung.
Das Positive vorweg: der junge Herr im Service war sehr freundlich und aufmerksam. Pool ist schön und sauber. Essen war qualitativ sehr gut, aber leider innert kürzester Zeit komplett kalt, da in kalten Tellern serviert.
Minuspunkte:
- Der Empfang war nicht gerade freundlich, man fühlte sich nicht willkomen. Keine Erklärungen zum Hotel oder wann und wo es Essen gibt.
- Im Zimmer ein extrem unangenehmer Geruch nach Abwasser
- Morgens kein warmes Wasser
- Unser Zimmer ist nicht gut gelegen, direkt im Eingangsbereich. Es war sehr laut, Privatsphäre quasi nicht möglich.
- Getränke für madagassische Preise überteuert. (Panache für 12’000 Ariary)
- Überall im Hotel sind Hunde, die wohl dem Besitzer gehören. Auch im Restaurant, was ich als Gast als unangenehm empfinde. Auch Hundekot ist vorhanden.

Kaffee wird NICHT zusätzlich verrechnet beim Frühstück, was in Bewertung geschrieben wurde.

Pricey food for what you get. We waited over an hour to get our meals and we were the only ones there. Not even a peanut or any attention given during the wait. Unique architecture but they made it clear we were to sit at our table and wait instead of strolling. They do not let you use the pool even when no guests are there. Highly disappointed & will not go back.
