I stopped by for dinner one night since it was right next to my hotel and a couple from my dive boat that were staying there said it’s the best food they’d had in Nungwi. I was warmly welcomed in by their incredibly friendly staff. Since the buffet wasn’t ready yet, I ordered the catch of the day (tuna) from the menu, but was then generously invited to enjoy the food from the buffet as well! It included a delicious and fresh salad with mangoes, delicious pumpkin soup, and also delicious vegetable and rice dish. It was all incredible food! And to top it off they had brownies at the buffet that were perfectly rich and moist. I can’t recommend this restaurant enough!

Abbiamo soggiornato due settimane in questo hotel a un minuto dalla spiaggia di Nungwi. Personale gentilissimo e sempre sorridente. Ottima colazione anche se con poche varianti.
Le camere sono un attimo da rivedere ma a meno che non si vada in un resort, a Zanzibar è difficile trovare un hotel con tutti i comfort.
Grazie ad Abel e il suo staff per la gentilezza e il loro lavoro.

I ordered one night for $70. It was a very close to the Nungwi Beach just 3 minites walk. The beach boy will charge you 15000 tsh for 3 hours for bed & the umbrella on the public beach. There are solace and stuff in this uh hotel was perfectly nice. The lady from the reception is always with the big smile on her face. I arrived very earlier around 8 Am they give me another room for rest. Then I went to enjoy the beach then when I go back, my room is ready. Everything is perfect in this hotel room size is big, Actually the shower they use a new type of a shower which is very gentle mist very comfortable, the breakfast and simple but enough They do not waste food. So if you are going to order the eggs or fruit they We ask you exactly the quantity and type that you like. Only recommended if you are a budget traveler or travel with kids with big family. By the way, I paid $15 for sunset crews and another $45 for the safari blue, the beach boy offered the quotation and tour.

I was surprised to see so many postivive reviews of this hotel. Even for 3 star hotel it couldn’t manage the expectation. Our room was outdated, sloppy fixes in the bathroom (see pictures), sheets and towels were often dirty (needed to ask for exchange), etc. The place has been really nice some 10 years ago but not anymore. The staff was nice and helpful, food was good but unfortunately it didn’t help too much. Location was nice, few minutes from beach and really good restaurants. Also corner pub Che had character. I would select another hotel if I would be you.

Nejlepší jídlo z celého Nungwi. Nikdy jsem neměla lépe udělanou rybu, přítel ochutnal tu nejlepší chobotnici a kalamáry. Podávány jsou i variace omáček které opravdu obohatí chuťové pohárky. Při čekání na jídlo jsme jako pozornost dostali výbornou krémovou polévku s limetkou a teplým pečivem. Pití výborně vychlazené. Servírování 10/10. Obsluha pozorná a milá. Jestli se chcete skvěle najíst určitě se tam zastavte. Prostředí moc krásné. Velký bazén hned pod restaurací. Při příští návštěvě Zanzibaru bych zde velice zvažovala i ubytování.
