thank you for your feedback. We’re glad you enjoyed the view, but we are truly sorry to hear that your meal did not fully meet your expectations. We take food quality and hygiene extremely seriously, and our ingredients are delivered fresh daily and handled with strict safety standards.
While we regret that you felt unwell, we cannot confirm that this was caused by our food. Still, your comments are important to us and have been shared with our kitchen team for review.

we respectfully disagree with your comment. Our prices are in line with the quality of the ingredients we use — fresh seafood, imported Italian products, and homemade preparations — as well as with the unique beachfront location we offer.
Most of our guests recognize that the value we provide matches the experience. We’re sorry you felt differently, but we are confident our pricing reflects both quality and fairness.
