Un hôtel élégant avec une touche antique et baroque. Excellent café au bar, petit déjeuner extraordinaire et dîner délicieux au restaurant. Chambre confortable et propre.

I was using only the spa and was planning to do yearly subscription but I need to write there was a sand in the jakuzzi, naked man in the areas of sauna a men watching videos in the sauna and when I finally thought ok it's pass 22 at least a little bit relax time the fire alarm turn on, while I run out in swimming suit nobody to explain what is happening. It was a false alarm I got my clothes and went out with wet hair, not even apologize for the stress instead of relaxing ???? I had been before here and it was nice, this time probably it was the guests and bad services.the finish sauna is good and the ice cave, it's bad that u need to pay extra for the salt room

حظيت باقامه متميزه في هذا الفندق المتميز من ناحيه النظافه الخدمات وحسن الاستقبال والتعاون اشكر الحقيقه الموظف اكرم الذي كان كريما معي خلال اقامتي وساعدني بشاحن الجوال، يوفرون لك علبتين من الماء مجانا
الفندق يتميز بموقعه حيث يطل على المنطقه المركزيه، وبقربه اكثر المعالم الحيويه للعاصمه مثل مساجد الثلاثه من ضمنها مسجد الفاتح وايضا المكتبه المركزيه وكثير من المحلات والكافيهات بقربه.
ملاحظتي كانت في ضعف عوازل الغرف مما يسبب لك تشويش.
يوجد به مدخلين مدخل من جهه الشارع الرئيسي والمدخل من المنطقه المركزيه للمشاه

Usluga je odlična, a osoblje jako ljubazno. Veoma pristojna hrana. Hotel je malo kicast, previše svega, posebno za taj broj zvezdica, ali to je valjda stvar ukusa. Na odličnom je mestu, u samoj pesackoj zoni.

Sehr tolles Hotel im Zentrum von Pristina. Alles beginnt bei der Begrüßung des sehr kompetenten Personals, die einem jeden Wunsch von den Lippen ablesen.

Die Zimmer sind sehr sauber und werden täglich 2 mal gereinigt. An Ausstattung fehlt an garnichts. Shampoo, Duschgel, Zahnpasta mit Bürste ist alles vorhanden.

Das Gym und das Spa sind optimal. Sowohl Kardio, also auch Kraftgeräte sind vorhanden.

Das Frühstück ist ausgiebig und sehr frisch.

Ich komme gerne wieder.

Absolutely fantastic hotel in the centre of Pristina. Despite being built in the early 2000s, it is opulent, grand and conjures images of old European grandiose. Staff were on hand 24/7 with a good degree of English. The rooms had complimentary wi-fi, hygiene kits, body care, with fantastic decor throughout. Also present was a spa and other amenities found only in the most established of hotels. There is also a taxi-rank outside the door. 10/10 would definitely return.

Classic design with stellar service incredibly helpful staff with a keen devotion to insure a great stay.
The breakfast buffet reflects regional cuisine as well as standards. The fitness room is well equipped with the best dedicated devices

Şehrin göbeğinde her yere konum olarak çok yakın ve gerçekten her bakımdan tavsiye edebileceğim bir otel.
Odaların temizliği, personelin ilgisi, kahvaltı ve yemek menüsünün çeşitliliği bakımından oldukça güzel.
Resimdeki Trileçe yi de denemenizi şiddetle tavsiye ederim. Çok değişik bir yorum katmışlar.

Wir sind des öfteren im Hotel Swiss Diamond und jedesmal begeistert! Es fängt schon vor der Tür an mit sehr sehr hilfsbereiten Mitarbeitern! An der Rezeption sehr hilfreich und sehr freundlich. Die Zimmer sind immer! Sehr sehr sauber es fehlt einfach nichts! Alle begrüßen einen sehr freundlich überall. Man fühlt sich sehr willkommen und wohl dort. Wir waren auch an Silvester dort 23/24 und alles in allem einfach perfekt. Von der Organisation, die Tische, der Service bis hin zur Unterhaltung von Albina Kelmendi einfach unvergesslich. Vielen Dank für die schönen Tage im Swiss!

Ich war in viele fünf Sterne Hotels aber wie in diesem Hotel kann man fast nirgendwo so viel Luxus, Freundlichkeit, Professionalität und Sicherheit bekommen. Ich bin oft und sehr gern hier. Ich kann diesen Hotel mit guten Gewissen weiter empfehlen. ????

Very nice location. My room was huge, very clean and comfortable! The lounge bar was a comfortable and quiet place to work for a couple hours. The front desk was very helpful with our requests. The breakfast was good. A coffee machine is needed within the premises whereas breakfast is served. Not everyone who worked in the restaurant was helpful.

Definitely worth a stay - spent six nights here and loved the surrounding area. The beds were comfortable and the hotel offers a variety of food options. Breakfast is not too exciting but it’s sufficient. The spa is an excellent addition. Gym is modest, enough to satisfy during a shorter stay. If taking a cab, I recommend picking up/ dropping off next to the Libraria Dukagjini bookstore across the street - aiming for a door side drop off can add about fifteen minutes to your day just because of how the streets are arranged around Mother Teresa Boulevard, a pedestrian street that’s topically closed to traffic.
