I chose holiday inn express, because usually the quality of service and breakfast are on the good level. But it’s probably everywhere except this hotel???? when I just arrived I asked the girls to print my documents, she told me “I am new, I don’t know anything, I am also tired”, actually it’s a first time when I faced with such information from the hotel staff. Super unprofessional to keep a new employee at the front desk absolutely alone. In the first room the hairdryer didn’t work, the sockets near the bed as well!!! No tea, no water, no slippers were placed in the room.
The breakfast is an absolutely disaster, there was nothing to eat at all. You cannot even make a toast, because they don’t have toaster)))) fruits were not fresh, coffee and as not tasty. And the staff who working at the breakfast probably don’t understand that they are working in hospitality. I told one of the staff that coffee machine is run out of milk and she just shrugged her shoulders and left!!! I am totally tacked aback with such service.

Otel güzel ve temiz. Tur olduğu günler kalabalık oluyor. Konum olarak merkezi yerde.
