Was nu erg rustig in het appartement. Vraag me wel af of dat in hoogseizoen ook is. Leek mij namelijk wel vrij gehorig
The location is fantastic, with easy access to the slopes(nearest is 150 metres away), supermarket, and ski rental shops. The ski lockers provided in the hotel are also great and are easily accessible without having to walk up any stairs.
The orange lift(elevator) directly opposite the hotel takes you down to Flaine Forum, where there are more shops and restaurants. There is a free beginner slope and also the ticket office for ski passes here, along with other ski lifts for longer and higher runs.
We had a late flight and didn't arrive at the hotel until 2am but had no issues getting in to our apartment as our keys were left in a safe outside and all codes were provided in advance. Same for the check out process- we left at 4am on the last day and were able to leave our key in the dropbox outside the hotel.
Our apartment had everything we needed to make our stay relaxing and comfortable. The only negative I can think of is that we had to put the linen on all the beds and duvets ourselves and then remove them before leaving. This wasn't a big deal though.
I would highly recommend this location to anyone thinking of staying in Flaine. Thank you to Johana and Maelle who were super helpful whenever I needed to speak to them at reception!
