Nous avons beaucoup apprécié notre séjour à Flaine dans cette résidence Pierre et Vacances (EOS) plutôt haut de gamme. Le service était au top (merci Madeleine pour votre accueil et pour la chasse au trésor pour les enfants!), l’équipement idéal avec une piscine chauffée, un jacuzzi / hamam/sauna , très appréciés !!

The location of the hotel was absolutely beautiful, but unfortunately, I was very disappointed with the view. The booking stated that the room had a mountain view, but upon arrival, I discovered that the view was completely different. I felt misled by the hotel in this regard.
Additionally, I was very surprised by the poor service. I requested room cleaning and was told it would cost €75, which is quite shocking for a five-star hotel. Basic services like housekeeping should be included without extra charges.
Overall, the experience did not meet my expectations, and I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a truly luxurious stay.

Seul point négatif, la piscine et le spa (jacuzzi) sont envahis par les enfants et manque de transats autour de la piscine.
