Food and service was good, bit expensive for what it was, could do with larger servings and an option of sides, menu was limited

The website and the promise by phone conversation was not the same with the reality. Was very disappointed.
We did sit inside as the weather was not the best. I can imagine whe the weather allows the view is very nice and do attract people.
The service was OK, but the the food...
They are trying to be a or giving the image of fish ???? restaurant with little bit extra...but it is not working.
Quite small portions, and the food is definitely not worth the money.
The risotto was limit overcooked and the the tuna tartar on to you could count the few pieces in one hand.
The tiramisu and the cheesecake was definitely one of the worst / tasteless we have been trying... Just tasting cream!!!
Not kid friendly manu, they don't have one. My son choosed from the normal manu and he is use to it so...
He choose Mixed Fish, I thought as it is a fish restaurant should be no problems. The squid ???? was so elastic and limit chewing gum. The rest was OK.
Have to say that the coffee ☕️ amd the bil for what we experienced was very good.
Overpriced for what you get for what you pay.

Quando siamo in Riviera non manchiamo di andare ed è sempre una soddisfazione. Location super, portate ottime con materie prime di qualità, servizio rapido e preciso, cortesia ed attenzione al cliente. Ovviamente torneremo e consigliamo vivamente.

Top, super restaurant, tout était très bon et bien présenté.
Je n'y connais rien en vins italiens, on a demandé conseil et on n'a pas été déçu. La serveuse était très sympa et le lieu est charmant.

Dined here while in Ventimiglia for the day. The service was good. We tried several different flavorful things from the menu. We sat outside, and it is a beautiful view of the sea.

Ormai clienti abituali da molti anni torniamo sempre volentieri.
Locale accogliente e personale sempre gentile e professionale. Ottima la cucina con pesce e ingredienti sempre freschissimi, pasta fatta da loro come anche i dolci che sono eccezzionali. Menu' che si rinnova ogni mese.

Fantastic discovery in #ventimigliaalta .@u_funtanin is a jewel in gastronomy. Unique flavours, products with respect of the local produce, wines and the location. We went 2 days because we wanted to try as many dishes as possible. Thank you for the superb reception and ambiance. We will be back #pureperfection @comune.ventimiglia.im

Purtroppo non sono riuscito a mangiare al caldo per via dell'aria fredda che entrava nel locale tutte le volte che si apriva la porta di ingresso .non capisco come il propietario non si accorga di un problema molto serio come questo..ho mangiato ieri sera quasi tutto bene a parte un antipasto buono ma molto povero " per il resto non posso lamentarmi...bisogna rendersi conto che siamo di inverno è una persona che va al ristorante non può e non deve mangiare assolutamente al Freddo..

La serata è stata molto carina tranquilla...di fine ottobre... abbiamo mangiato abbastanza bene... molto soddisfatta antipasto e primo molto delicato delizioso..il dolce rivisitato un po' meno entusiasmante.Vino molto buono.il cameriere un po' di poche parole peccato, l altro ragazzo sicuramente era il proprietario sicuramente ci sapeva più fare con i clienti più preparato..bel ambiente curato e soft. Ma nell' insieme buono . Prezzo medio

Un bel découverte pour notre brunch d'aujourd'hui.
Terrasse très agréable avec vue mer. Le personnel est agréable. Les plats sont sympa et c'est bon. J'ai adoré le dessert. Pancakes aux fruits rouges...un régal pour 7€. La décoration de l'établissement est originale. Une bonne adresse.

Una piacevole scoperta. Ristorante che offre molti piatti per celiaci pur non essendo certificato. A richiesta si può avere pasta adatta, anche se non compare sul menù. Personale molto attento e cortese!

Locale curato ed accogliente. Parcheggio pubblico nelle immediate vicinanze. Piatti al disotto delle aspettative: se gli ingredienti vengono evidenziati nel nome ci si aspetta di poterli ritrovare e riconoscere nel piatto. Purtroppo questo non é accaduto in 2 primi. Un vero peccato. Piccola nota al servizio disattento nonostante il locale a metà capienza.

Che dire...che orgoglio. Era una bella sera di fine agosto. Luna piena sul mare....
Da Spantegau che torna a Ventimiglia ogni estate, in attesa della pensione per tornare a vivere a Ventimiglia alta, sono stato per la prima volta in questo famoso ristorante. È stata una bellissima esperienza. Non solo per la magica location ma per la raffinatezza e la qualita delle portate. Non vanno mangiate velocemente, ma assaporate gustando l'armonia degli accostamenti. Da Ventimigliese posso dire che questo posto mi inorgoglisce. Sembra di entrare un una favola. Il ristorante è ottimo e di estrema qualità . Bravi!!

Some dishes were good, some mediocre, but we had to wait too long between the courses and at the end to get the bill. At that price level we expect better timing of the service and the kitchen.

Piatti di pesce tradizionali rivisitati in maniera piacevole.
Trenette con le vongole burro di alici molto buone, così anche tonno e polpo arrosto.
Piccola pecca sulla frittura, se il calamaro piace morbido questo era un po’ duretto.
Serata no sul servizio, 3 ore per una cena di tre portate.
Comunque da provare assicurandosi un tavolo vista mare!

Entièrement satisfaite de la qualité de leur cuisine. Excellente. J'y reviendrai sûrement.
