Terrible service. Unresponsive to requests. Rude staff working at Kalahari. Some rooms stink. Some parts of the hotel are abandoned. Overall an unpleasant experience.

Needs improvement. Service was slow. The rooms need refreshing. The bathroom is small and awkward. Went for a wedding and they just were not prepared to accommodate a large group. The Air Conditining was loud and our door lock didn't work well. Disappointing. Close to the airport, 15 mins without traffic.

The staff are the most rude, they operate as tough you're invisible, maybe because of my persuasion but I felt very unwelcomed!!!!!!

No water in the rooms.
No room service.
Restaurant close early and are not able to take orders.
No cutlery at breakfast
The chef at breakfast was very rude and arrogant - he was raising his voice at us when we needed assistance with the coffee machine.

Save your money and go elsewhere. Avani is a better choice.
