Only stayed here 1 night. The staff was pleasant and helpful. The grounds were nice.

We're staying in this resort for two nights for our trips to Victoria Falls and Chobe National Park - Safari as well as our Chobe River cruise. This place is right by Chobe River where we can see Hippos in the river. We may see Crocs on our cruise later today.

There is some confusion about the name of this place. It's the ex Big 5 Toro Lodge, now the Big 5 Chobe Lodge. They are still renovating the place, but it's open & great to stay at! The people working there, are lovely. The rooms nice & it's the only Campsite in Kazungulu with own ablutions. It's a sandy pitch, not along the River, but still good value! Food has to be ordered in advance.

The staff here are lovely - we locked our keys in the car and they helped so much. They also got us wood, told us where to eat.

We camped here, the campsites have their own showers, toilets and kitchen area. The campgrounds are on dirt. The main area has wifi and the view is lovely.

The only issues we had was that the campsites were quite loud - not from other campsites but from neighbouring properties. Music all night, dogs constantly barking. They can not control this.

It is also not in Kasane - you definitely need a car if you want to stay here.

Eine absolut verwahrloste Lodge! Wir hatten eine Campsite gebucht, dort hausten jedoch die Bauarbeiter der Lodge. Die Campsite Ansich machte ebenso einen verwahrlosten Eindruck, alles war dreckig und kaputt. Wir haben auf ein Chalet aufgebucht, dieses war einigermaßen sauber, die Sanitäranlagen waren auch schon kaputt. Die gesamte Lodge ist dreckig und ungepflegt. Der Pool war nicht zu benutzen und alles war geschlossen! Wir hatten Frühstück dabei, welches ein Graus war. Nach unserem Tagesausflug bei den Vic Falls hatten wir uns zum Abendessen angemeldet, es war absolut ungenießbar!!! Wir saßen abgeschoben zwischen hochgestellten Stühlen und Dreck! Eine absolute Frechheit und dazu noch ein überzogener Preis!!! Nie wieder!!!

Nous étions en camping. Emplacement cleaning mais pas les toilettes. Robinet brisé, chasse d’eau qui fuit. Le pire étant le bâtiment principal et le service inexistant. Bâtiments délabrés, piscine salle, aucun service (même pas moyen de commander une boisson, on aurait perdu la clé du frigo). N’y allez pas car le rapport qualité prix n’est pas au rendez-vous.

Sehr gute Aussicht und sehr nette Führung, die Zimmer waren auch sehr gut, nur die Lodge ist schön sehr abgewirtschaftet, leider. Sonst super Nähe am Zambezi, Hipos und Krokodile sehr nah
