PRIME HIMALAYAS

Un voyage extraordinaire ! Très bien organisé par Prime Himalayas du début à la fin. En commençant par Prakash, qui était très professionnel et réactif, jusqu'à notre incroyable guide Padam, qui était extrêmement bien informé, professionnel et en même temps amical et drôle. Nos porteurs avaient toujours le sourire aux lèvres et s'empressaient de nous aider du mieux qu'ils pouvaient. Je recommande vivement ce voyage à tous ceux qui recherchent la meilleure expérience possible. Et j'ai hâte de revenir moi-même pour un trek différent.

Nous avions initialement prévu de faire le trek EBC en 2021, mais en raison de Covid, nous avons dû le suspendre, mais nous sommes restés en contact avec Prakash, qui est le propriétaire de Prime Himalayas, et nous avons finalement été en mesure de terminer le voyage en avril 2024.
Nous devons avouer que nous étions un peu inquiets avant le voyage. Nous avions fait beaucoup de recherches, et il est impossible de poser toutes les questions, et nous ne savions pas si nous allions y arriver.
Je dois dire que tout ce que nous avons rencontré a dépassé nos attentes et que ce voyage a été l'un des plus beaux de notre vie.
Tout au long des deux dernières années, nous avons travaillé ensemble pour trouver le meilleur programme, les meilleures options, et honnêtement, tout a été adapté à ce que nous voulions.
Il est parfois difficile de savoir ce que l'on va trouver dans un voyage si lointain et sans connaître son agent autrement que par courriel, mais nous avons fait confiance aux commentaires, et nous voici de retour à la maison et en train de réfléchir à un voyage absolument inoubliable.
Quelques points forts :
- La communication avec Prakash par e-mail et Whatsapp a été transparente avant et pendant notre voyage.
- Tout a été livré exactement comme prévu.
- Nous avons demandé des options de surclassement pour les hébergements tout au long du trek EBC, et nous avons pu constater qu'il y avait une différence entre notre expérience et celle des autres.
- En raison des conditions météorologiques, nous avons perdu un jour et le début du trek, et Prakash et son équipe ont réussi à obtenir un vol en hélicoptère pour que nous puissions rentrer à temps à Katmandou.
- Tous les transferts et excursions ont été de premier ordre et ponctuels, avec d'excellents véhicules, chauffeurs et guides.

P.D. We made a Ghorepani Poonhill sunrise trek (total of 9 days counting all the great services received from Prime Himalayas, 5 days of full trekking) - undoubtfully recomendable and mystical experience!

My husband and I have just returned from a 9-day yoga and trekking holiday in Nepal, organized by Prime Himalayas. We purchased the trip as a package deal during the pandemic, and Prakash, the owner of the company, kindly extended the validity of our package to allow us to travel once Covid had settled down. Our long-awaited trip did not disappoint! Prakash and his team showed excellence every step of the way, from email communications prior to the trip, to the day tours of Kathmandu and Pokhara, and most importantly, during our trek from Pokhara to Australian camp and back. Our trekking guide, Arjun, was extremely professional, and with his calm but effective demeanor, he managed to keep a group of people with diverse interests and abilities all very happy and united. The porters and yoga instructor were great too. After the trek, Prakash warmly hosted all of us for a lovely goodbye dinner and cultural show, and even invited those staying on for the Dashain festival to his family's private celebration! All in all, Prakash and his team were great examples of the warmth, kindness and hospitality that is typical of this beautiful country. The only reservation we would have about Prime Himalayas is whether to use them for add-ons to a package tour, as their prices were higher than other quotes we got, but for the package itself, their price was very fair, and we would not hesitate to purchase a package from them again.

Prakash and his team did everything they could to be make our journey have the best outcome. They had great communication and took the best care of us from beginning to end. I can’t express enough respect and gratitude for our lead tour guide, Ganga as he lead us to EBC and our return.
