Did not enjoy the experience. Hot tub was not properly maintained nor were the bathrooms in general. High price and not worth it.

Less than mediocre customer service. The sauna water was green, not viewable in the dark. There was evidently no chlorine which is unsafe for one's health. The bathtub at Chalet Nouhad sprouted black specks and was clogged with a GIANT ball of hair. We cleaned it and recorder a video of how it was achieved. When I raised the issues with photos and a video, the owner did not respond to my text message and my email. I followed up a week later to ask why he did not answer us, Georges told me it was too late. Georges claimed he sent a specialist, when I asked for proof, he had none. When I asked if he would be willing to offer a good will gesture as this was for my mother's 70th birthday, a first time occasion for her at a chalet, and we had to save up to afford the rental, he claimed he gave us an early check in (we arrived at 8:00 pm) a late check out (we left at 11:00 am) and a discounted price. When I asked for proof of discount, he had no proof. Other issues, it is impossible to find the chalet at night, the fridge does not close properly risking food spoilage, there is not soundproofing at all in the entire chalet, the steps up to the highest level are dangerously slippery, and the counter around the sink is majorly cracked and will harm you if not careful. I also find the contract questionable and find it unfair you pay up front with no guarantees and have no recourse when there are major issues of hygiene and unsanitary conditions. For all the reasons listed above, I would not recommend as I experienced what felt like thievery alongside and unreasonable response. I also see that Georges responds to all comments which for me is a reflection of how difficult it seems to take any constructive criticism.
