Good clean hotel. The bed was clean and comfortable. Staff very good. Although I didn't have breakfast, they laid out a good spread.

Location poor, service not up to par. Food quality was poor, nothing fresh except bananas that were turning brown. Front desk let customer bring DOGS into eating area and where food was being presented, Some customers are allergic to dog hair, not a good situation. I feel these people should have been asked to remove the dogs from the area due to food being presented to other customers.

The staff was very friendly and accommodating. However, I would never advise anyone to stay at this hotel. It smells bad, the refrigerator is rusty, the elevator stinks, doors need major repainting/paint (I could go on about other cosmetic features and repairs). Thank God I brought a bottle of Clorox wipes because this place is nasty.

The rooms are suite or dorm style rooms. Which I really good for bigger families. There is a full kitchen and full living room area. There is a master and second bedroom just like an apartment. The staff show their southern Louisiana hospitality to us. The breakfast was good One thing I did not like is that they did not have oatmeal. The pool area is nice, the jacuzzi was under construction. The hotel on the outside looked refurbished and new but the decor of the hallways and rooms did not match the outside of the hotel. The location is very convenient and located on the inside of the Pecanland mall and is surrounded by many food places and a local Sam's Club.
