Very, very shabby hotel. Creaky floors in the hallways and such. I've stayed here multiple times, and that honestly never bothered me, and neither has the noise, which is substantial from both the airport AND I-20. I travel with earplugs, but be prepared. But the scam $5 parking fee is absurd. This is apparently new, because it wasn't like that the last time I stayed there. Here's the scam, the clerk never even asked me if I had a car. I could have been parked at the Applebee's next door or the ample mall parking across the street (again scam), didn't matter, I just got charged. I don't care about the $5, it's the scam of it and the fact that there is absolutely no reason to charge for the ample parking all around. I will never stay at this hotel again. It was fine until it wasn't and scamming people, which I'm sure is a decision of the management, means I don't mind paying more to stay somewhere else.

Nice, older hotel. It could use some updating but overall, it's neat, clean & comfortable. There are no a/c outlets at the desk for laptop, phones, etc.

I missed the allotted time to give this Property a quality review on the Marriott survey. So, I figured I would do the next best thing and leave them a positive review.

My vehicle overheated and eventually stopped working on the opening leg of a long road trip. This hotel was compassionate, welcoming and flexible with my needs as a customer. I can't thank them enough for being somewhere I felt safe to pivot and figure out what was next.

Carpet is old, filthy and hadn’t even been vacuumed properly. One of the pillows was stained. Overall the place smelled like old smoke, dust and mold. My. husband isn’t normally allergic and he started coughing as soon as he entered the elevator (which has a rug that needs to be replaced because it’s beyond cleaning).

Workers very friendly and willing to help.
Rooms not cleaned daily, was there 2 nights and had to ask for towels, was told they only cleaned rooms every 3 days.
Room would not cool down properly.
The restaurant was horrible, don't chance it.
Breakfast and dinner overcooked..
