Very good hotel and I’ve stayed at plenty of hotels. Stayed for 5 nights and on my 4th day I asked for full service house keeping because I have a toddler and he made and good amount of crumbs over the 4 days being there. The house keeper with the name Karen did an amazing job and was great to come back to a clean place after attending my grandmas funeral. My toddler was so excited to see his bed made and his bear waiting for him. Also left us a nice little message

Please stop raising the price of your basic hotel during the week of Grambling homecoming when Grambling is about 33 miles away. There seem to be no other times when you have those excessive price hikes. Haven't you companies benefitted enough from African Americans. I will let everyone I know not to use your hotel in West Monroe and everywhere else due to your price gauging on the weekend of an HBCU event.

We had called to let them know that we would be a late arrival. As we enter the lobby we were greeted with a beautiful smiling face named Charlisa. " I'm so happy you made it! If there's anything I can do for you, just let me know!" Our room was spotless, smelled fresh and was very roomy! Bed a tad hard, and walls and windows let in quite a bit of noise, so bring your sound machine. Overall, a very nice 3 day stay and yes, we would stay here again!

Great dog friendly hotel. Rooms were clean and had nice dove products. Accommodating to multiple large dogs and there is a park with walking trails right outside the hotel.
