As others have said, it’s outdated and not up to the Holiday Inn standard. It smells for sure of almost like a football locker room. But I was getting passed all of that until it was time for breakfast and at 6:40 when no other guest are in the dining room, they were out of most of the hot food except some eggs. Why you ask? Not because of other guest but because they allow workers from the dealership across the street to load up on to go boxes. Which is non of my business until you don’t have enough food for PAYING guest and paying guest then have to go purchase breakfast through a drive thru. Being in a rush this morning I didn’t have time for the it’ll be about 20 mins and there will be some more food out. Terrible location definitely will drive out of the way to never stay here again

You get what you pay for. Room was good but the breakfast is very basic. Good it has a fitness room but I would avoid the treadmill…!

Typical small military town/city hotel. Rooms are clean but outdated. Hasn't kept up with current ihg standards. Customer service is a bit lacking.

Friendly staff, breakfast was good every morning. Room was clean and comfortable. I would definitely stay again if I'm ever in the area again.

Very unhappy with experience as soon as We walk through the door to Find out I’m being charged a total of almost 500 when I set the reservation for a certain time. Then walk into the room it smells bad. You hear everything around you upstairs and out side your door. Nothing is updated . I was told it would be 217.47 for two nights , at check in I’m charged 483!!! Don’t come to this place. I want to leave but can’t because it’s too late after traveling for six hrs .I don’t recommend this place

The room was dirty and dingy. The sheets were stained with blood???? and the television didn't work. 10 out of 10 would NOT recommend. The first Holiday Inn that has totally let me down. Not sure if I will be guest at Holiday Inn again!

Is room 223 haunted?

Rooms are noisy and keys stop working frequently. Breakfast is really bad. Nicole at the front desk was very helpful.

This hotel was by far the worst holiday inn express I’ve ever been to. It’s almost false advertisement to put that name of this building. The room door didn’t work so they had to out me in a different room. The new room felt humid even after air conditioning the room. They would not give the tax exemption because I didn’t request it at check in (I didn’t know or see the small sign they posted). Breakfast wasn’t anything special and the elevator stopped working for a while. I will never be staying here again as I have to make multiple trips to this area in the future. Would not recommend.

Nicole was most helpful but other staff tried their best. Decent rooms and customer service, would stay again if needed

This place is horrible! I stay at holiday inn hotels about every two weekends across the country. This was my worst experience ever! They tried 3 different rooms then I gave up asking for a refund. First room the door was broken. 2nd room smelled liked men's aftershave and after I was relaxing in the bed for 3 hours I roll over and find this computer cord balled up in between the pillows and it is NOT MINE! So so gross! Proof they didn't change the sheets for new guests. I'm exhausted from traveling I just want to sleep. So I give them one more chance.... Third room the front desk lady "inspects" the room while I'm packing up my stuff from room #2. She says it's all clean and good to go. I look in the shower and there is dirt spots all over it. I tell her I want a refund because I'm not staying here! She has to get on the phone with the manager to do it. She said the manager promised to call me Monday. Never happened. Housekeeping and management sucks! Front desk lady tried and was nice. That was the only good thing about the place.

Initially had a problem with the website making two reservations at the same time. Spoke with the receptionist, she informed me there was nothing she can do to fix it. Spoke with the manager, he said all he could do is charge me a cancellation fee, since it would cost him money to cancel it. Spoke with Customer Service, that then called the hotel to have the duplicated reservation cancel…that was something the hotel staff could have done with all the information.

I was issued room 227, the second floor had a foul musky order that seeped all into the room, I would assume it came from the carpet.

The room had dirty walls, rusty shower head, and lastly roaches.

I woke up at 1040 pm to a roach crawling on my arm. Took a video and killed it. Pulled back the sheets and there was another roach, with another roach on the other bed. I informed the staff, and she came up to the room changed the sheets on one bed and sprayed bug spray around the bed…where I was suppose to sleep. I was informed that the Manager was set to come in at 8, I arrived at 8:10 am. The same receptionist from the pervious day was there, she informed me the Manager was not present. Shown her the picture, to received a mediocre apology.

For any Service members, do not stay at this location. Do not waste your funds for this spot.

Diamond elite member. I've stayed in many IHGs thinking this one would be somewhat standard. This was by far the worst one I've ever been too. The images on the home page are of a complete other IHG hotel. This place was an absolute dump and should not be considered an IHG at all. Save your money and stay anywhere else.

Our room was very. The staff was very helpful and very nice. Even though we were there because a fire bunt our home it was a very nice stay.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!!!!!! Let's start with the good, the hotel staff minus the owner was super friendly and helpful to the extent they could be. The water pressure was also great. That was where it ended. You arrive and are greeted with the smell of mildew thats overpowering and will eventually make you sick. I stayed in multiple rooms over multiple nights here and all the rooms were in terrible shape. Worn out linens, stained linens(See Pic) in one of my rooms the shower was falling apart and was being secured with drywall screws(201) All the shower heads and faucets were disgusting and covered with corrosion. They apparently don't know how to vacuum too. The sink in my second room wasn't clean and had someone's hair clippings all over it(see pic). There were a bunch of old AC units that were apparently replaced in the rooms. instead of getting rid of them they were piled up in the hallway. I had also requested a room change as there was a guest in the room above me doing calisthenics most of the night and when I came back from my work day the owner didn't have a new room for me saying that he didn't know if I had removed my belongings(my room was less than 20' from the front desk) he was just lazy. The owner of this hotel is obviously just trying to make money and doesn't care about presenting a good product to his customers and refuses to take any accountability for it. I'm a IHG points sucker and will put up with some pretty bad conditions but I cut my 12 night stay short after 4 nights. I couldn't take it anymore. I genuinely feel that this hotel shouldn't be affiliated with the IHG company, it's a black eye on the name. I'm a frequent user of IHG properties and travel extensively for business. I've stayed at hundreds of Holiday Inns throughout the years and this is by far the worst of them all.

This place is starting to show it's age. The room was decent and clean, but needs some updating! It's always interesting staying in a small town version of an international chain. It's apparent that cleanliness is important, but needs to update!

Great experience and nice staff. Enjoyed our stay while visiting friends in LA.
