Great customer service. Super comfortable room. Soft hot water.

Stayed here for over a month with no prior incident. As a former guest, if I have any questions regarding what I am paying for it should be a hassle free and uneventful encounter. This was the first time I have ever dealt with this gentleman behind the reception desk. Needless to say he was extremely aggravated and confrontational, for no good reason. As a result we will no longer be staying here and will take our business down the street to Motel 6 per his recommendation. Unbeknownst to him he has turned away months of future revenue due to his tyrant-like behavior. Hope this helps anyone who is mistaken that it should be a breeze to book a couple of rooms.

BEDBUGS! In sheets on the towels. Wouldn't have noticed any if I hadn't spotted it on my husband's forehead. Never staying there again.

One of my favorite Motels to come stay at whenever i visit Natchitoches. The management and staff are very friendly and helpful. Its a great spot and close in location, especially for the Christmas Festival. Its usually nice and quiet, rooms are clean and they make sure they accomodate your needs while staying. I always feel comfortable staying at Super 8. A home away from home????

Update since my first review: 12/2023 stayed here for my last and final time ever. The original owners who are the Patels have relocated and no longer work at this Super 8. This motel has gone downhill tremendously, the rooms are dirty and housekeeping never cleaned my room the entire time I stayed! I went down to let Clayton the General Manager know and still nothing was done about it???? I even found a dead cockroach by the bed when i checked in???? I really miss the Patels because they would NEVER allow the hotel or service to be so low. It used to be so quiet but its not, loud music from the outside. I am so glad to be gone from this establishment, and i will NEVER return!
