Room nice. TV not working. Phone not working. Staff wonderful. Worst was nasty stains on the duvet.

Y'all people better watch out ! we booked for sat at 300$ for a room this hotel pulled 607.54 out of our account and is now saying we only paid 300$ but bank statements don't lie! And if I could post a picture with this I could show y'all they double charged us!! Y'all better check y'all accounts after pending is done bc they robbing ppl!!!
