I knew this place was going to be a dump before I even walked in. There were cigarette butts all over in front of the entrance and a guy sitting on a bench drinking a beer. The room was beat up. The bath tub was nasty and the caulk was peeling away and discolored and in need of repair. The place needs a big time deep cleaning and some TLC. I won't be staying here again on business travel.

We stayed 5 days for Mardi Gras 2024. Cleanliness was fine. Whoever works the desk is always in an office area with a camera to show when someone comes to desk. It’d be nicer if someone was at the desk during the day and early evening.

Our mirror in the bathroom didn’t work. We only had overhead light making it very dim. I had to put on makeup in room next to window.

The room doors didn’t lock tightly.

We were paying approximately $200 a night because of timeframe. The first morning breakfast was fine except pancake machine torn up. No one worked the dining area on Sunday except the person working desk. Sunday through Tuesday breakfast was very limited. For instance, no biscuits and very little meat and eggs. No yogurt and very little milk. No coffee on one day except for left over from day before.

When you’re booked I would have thought they would have made sure they had enough food and employees.

Pros: friendly service. Good location. Overall clean. Complimentary make up wipes!
Cons: no bottled water available. Room poorly maintained (pics below - missing outlet cover, lights burnt in bathroom, etc. )
Also, the window opens - on the third floor - be mindful with children

I stay in hotels for work, so the crew leaves early for the site. Many hotels cheerfully have breakfast ready early. Many hotels literally lock guests out of the breakfast room until the clock ticks 630. This hotel falls somewhere in the middle. They put the food out as it is ready, but after 2 weeks here, this time, I have to say that one of the preparers is a LOT better at not overcooking everything. ???? 2 out of 5 mornings, most of the food is burned. And the TV blares behind the front desk, which she rushes back to.
In general, I like this hotel. Housekeeping does an excellent job. Staff is friendly.

Tell you I have never been so appalled the room we had to switch not once but twice because of the cleanliness the first room horrible blood stains how much much more I just can't talk about it because I'm going to be sick but would have called me the most was the service and probably handle one complaints

Website advertises pool and exercise room and pool neither were available. Side door use for entrance was broken and unlocked to allow anyone to enter. Room assigned was not cleaned. Room access cards had to be reset after each use. Not to mention the roaches. Desk clerk had an attitude with pink and purple hair. The smell of marijuana filled the hall ways. Terrible experience. Never again
