Found a roach in my room. Floor is sticky. Smoke alarm hanging from ceiling. No TV remote. NO BLANKETS. Had to pile sheets together to stay warm.

This is NOT a 3.5 star hotel. 1.5 is a gift to the rating.

No breakfast. Rooms are in desperate need of being updated to something that resembles at least the 90's.

I'm only here because of work and I will let my company know to NOT use this property.

Where do I start?! Oh my God, I pulled up to this hotel thinking it would be a very, nice comfortable stay, but I guess you get what you pay for. People all over the parking lot, sitting close to your cars. I couldn’t sleep because I had to keep an eye out while my boyfriend slept. Elevators wasn’t working, had to go up 3 flights of stairs. The stairwell was filthy and REEKED of marijuana and cigarette smoke. And the room? JESUS CHRIST! Somebody looked like they had a painting nail party. The bed had me itching and plus I found roaches in the bathroom. Small and BIGGER ONES!!! FOOD ROACHES. Something bit me on my face and I left the property but will be contacting the owner!!! STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!! And also, there was an ambulance and fire truck because someone “probably” left something on the stove. HORRIBLE!!!

From the moment I walked into this hotel, I knew it was a mistake booking there. The guy at the counter was friendly enough, but the smell of cigarettes was strong throughout the entire hotel. I walked down the hallway to my room and saw trash, dirty linens piled up on the floor,, chewed up sunflower seeds, dirty carpet, and still a strong cigarette smell. Got in my room and the first thing I saw was a rusty refrigerator, sticky floor as I walked in, burn marks on the counter in the kitchen area. The room obviously smelled like cigarettes. The bathroom had burn marks on the counter from what it looks like people leaving lit cigarettes sitting there. I had to clean the toilet bc there was dried urine on the seat. I left after a couple of hours bc the smell was so strong.
