We stayed here to visit family and were pleasantly surprised by the secluded location which felt like additional privacy. The service was great and the breakfast was alright. There was really nothing put of place that I can recall would make me give a bad review besides the leaking bathtub faucet (but we couldn't hear it so it was fine). Everyone was really sweet and readily available to help. Would definitely consider staying here again when we're back in town :).

Hallways smelled awful. Tvs are tiny and HAVE UNAVOIDABLE ADS FOR THE TV PLAYING ON THE SIDES like they got them on bargain from some Best Buy display. Room service never replaced the soap despite staying multiple days and it already being low when we got in, had to call at midnight soaked and naked to get it replaced. Will never stay here again.

Staff was very professional and super friendly . They offer breakfast in the morning and you have the option to buy snacks if you want from the hotel ( pop, chips, hostess) Location is great lots of places around this hotel for shopping and different types of food options.. local restaurants i.e Cajun/ Creole food and fast food options and restaurants i.e. Longhorn and Texas Roadhouse ..The Visitor centers are not that far from here either. Very beautiful park called Moncus is not that far from here. Room was clean and bed was super comfortable. Cleaning staff was on "there job"... very very clean. No weird smell in the hotel and the elevator.. no "dampness feeling" either from the humidity.. No complaints and we will definitely be back next year.....????

Stayed here twice - I like it better than the Holiday Inn on Kaliste Saloom. I feel like this one is easier to get in and out of and is closer to more places I like. Felt very safe traveling as a single woman, even getting back and parking at night. Nice, helpful staff - had no issue using a tax exempt form. Internet works well even with a VPN. Bed is comfortable but they were the worst pillows ever. Clean rooms. The first one was nicer and cleaner than the second, which felt kind of grimy but not gross. Decent breakfast. Fridge in room has a freezer which is nice. Smaller TV but great channel selection.
