SUPER 8 BY WYNDHAM BATON ROUGE / I-12 ^{* *}

I chose this Super 8 because it was convenient to where I need to be for work in the morning & I've stayed in them all over the United States. Plus I need it to be pet friendly. This one will go very low on the review points. I had to ask the young lady behind the counter to repeat everything she said because I couldn't hear any she was saying. She had an earbud in her ear, apparently asking questions to the person on her phone...when she was speak to them in her language i could hear her very well. I booked a non smoking room but it smells like an ashtray. Walls look like a grease monkey stayed here last. Apparently nobody cleans around the door or light switches. Within an hour after arriving in my room a man is right outside my door working on his truck. Not only is he loud with his tools, he sounds like he's going to cough up a lung at any moment while he puffs on his cigarette.
I travel with 2 tiny dogs. There was no napping happening this afternoon with all the noise from the parking lot mechanic & one of my dogs barking & growling at him. ????????????
This one will definitely be added to my do not stay list! I got what I paid for! LOW QUALITY OF ACCOMMODATION!

Oh my! By far the nastiest motel I've EVER stayed at! Filthy! Smelled like weed was being smoked right outside our heater. There is NO way the ratings for this location are by actual people that stayed here!

Not a good experience. Don’t be fooled, the rooms do NOT look like the pictures. First room the light in bathroom did not work. Moved us to second room and the heat did not work. Settled on Third room. Sheets looked dirty. Bathroom was dirty.

We were driving from AZ to SC and we stopped in this hotel last Saturday 1/06/2024 to sleep, when we entered into the room we noticed cockroaches on the ceiling, floor, bathroom, and even on the beds….

Immediately we reported to the front desk and they offered another room, which we accepted but the new room had even more cockroaches….

We left from this hotel and we requested our money back… they didn’t want to reimburse the money because I reserved through my credit card app.. however I left from this hotel and had to book somewhere else. I contacted my bank last Monday 1/08 and after waiting about 2 hours my bank told me that the hotel’s manager indicated that I was a no show on Saturday and there is no records about my claim…this is a complete lie

I don’t want to waste more time but this is the worst hotel I have been in my life and I am giving them 1 star because I can’t give zero stars…

I am very upset with the rooms, customer service, hotel staff, and PLEASE DON’T VISIT THIS HOTEL. ZERO ACCOUNTABILITY FROM THE HOTEL MANAGEMENT

This is the Worst hotel we have ever stayed in, the room and bathroom were extremely dirty like they won't even vacuum the floors, the towels that were supposed to be white were almost grey, good thing I had my own towels... Disgusting, we are not staying at any super 8 again. Oh and for breakfast they had some old fruit with dark spots and coffee... No thanks
